The Acting Coordinator of the Summer Sevens Competition 2011/12 would like the assistance of interested Juniors & Seniors as
- Ground controllers and competition managers (Monday / Wednesday & Sunday)
- Junior and senior Umpires-Monday, Wed, Thurs & Sunday
With your assistance and contribution the teams, coaches, parents and players will enjoyed the magnificent facilities offered at Melville City Hockey Club Turf and have another outstanding season of summer hockey.

A new format this season:
- Junior 5/6 (Monday) & 7/8 (Tuesday) on the 1/4 field
(as 5 a-side + 2) (summer 5's explained!) - Senior Womens /Mens /Vets / Junior 9/10's 11/12's and Sunday Social (as 7's)
➢ Monday Nights ~ Yr 11/12 Girls ; Senior & Vets Womens
➢ Wed Nights ~ Yr 11/12 Boys with Senior Men & Vets Men
➢ Thursday Nights ~ Yr 9/10 Boys & Girls.
➢ Sunday Afternoons ~ Mixed Social (Extremely Social!!)
- (Note no Mens Vets on a Thursday night)
Season:
➢ Seniors – Mon 17th Oct to Sun 18th Dec 2011 (9 Rds), resuming on Mon Jan 23rd to Sun Mar 4th 2012 (6 Rds)
➢ Juniors – Mon 17th Oct to Sun 18th Dec 2011 (9 Rds), resuming on Mon Feb 6th - Sun Mar 4th 2012 (4 Rds)
Week 1 will be a grading week for all teams in all grades
