Melville Talent Identification Squad (MTIS)
Overview
The mission of MTIS is to develop players to become the next generation Melville Top Squad and to pave the way for higher honours such as selection in State and Australian teams.
Each season senior and junior coaches collaborate to select around 25 players aged between 13 to 20 to form the MTIS squad. There is a seperate men's and women's squad.
Like no other MCHC program, MTIS aims to individually address player’s strengths and weaknesses in order to further their hockey over the off season.
The MTIS program will ensure that Melville juniors are receiving some of the best coaching in Western Australia.
