As it is nearing the end of the season, it is time to think about SUMMER HOCKEY!
The summer hockey program will run for 10 weeks commencing Monday 6 October 2025 and ending on Friday 12 December 2025.
There will be an option to continue this Summer Hockey Program after the Christmas break for a further 4-5 weeks if teams are interested.
The initial outline and schedule is as below (subject to changes based on numbers):

Hin2H and Junior Hockey 5’s
A 5-a-side game that is a cross between indoor and traditional outdoor hockey but played with normal sticks and ball. There should be a minimum of two girls in each mixed team. You may have up to eight players per team to allow for subs. The games consist of 2x 20min halves. Team nominations only.
Senior 7’s
Is a 7-a-side game played on half a field with full sized goals. However, if there is a general consensus and the Senior Men and/or Women would prefer full field games, this is a possibility too. Preferably team nominations, however depending on numbers, we can help individuals to find a team!
Turfball
Turfball is a 5-a-side game played inside a 40 metre by 20 metre rink on the Turf using lightweight sticks/blades and a lightweight ball. The goals are inside the rink so you can play behind them. Think ice-hockey without the ice! Sticks will be provided. The games consist of 2x 20min halves. Team nominations only.
Nomination Fees
A one-off upfront payment of $560 for the (10 week) season is required per team. This covers registration, turf and umpiring fees.
