Based on responses to the expression of interest for the summer hockey season, Melville City Hockey Club will be running the following competitions, starting on Monday 16th October:
Monday’s (Hockey 5’s/Summer 7’s): Senior Men (Hockey 5’s), Masters Women (Summer 7’s)
Wednesday’s (Hockey 5’s): 5/6 Boys, 7/8 Girls, 9/10 Boys & Girls, 11/12 Boys, Senior Women
Thursday’s (Hockey 5’s): Minkey, 7/8 Boys, 5/6 Girls, 11/12 Girls, Masters Men
Friday (Floorball): Minkey & 5/6 Mixed, 7/8 Mixed, 9/10 Mixed, Family/Mixed
Hockey 5’s: A 5-a-side game that is a cross between indoor and traditional outdoor hockey, but played with normal sticks and ball along with side boards.
Floorball: Is a 5-a-side game floor based game, but is played with lightweight sticks (blades) and ball. (Think ice-hockey without the ice!). Sticks will be provided!
Fees/Costs
Nomination Fee: A one-off fee of $60 per team/per competition is required. This can be paid via funds transfer (see details below). Only one registration per team per competition is required (please provide team members names in the form below).
For individuals wishing to play (not nominating for a team), please bring your $10 registration fee to the first match (cash or card accepted).
